Pretty Panda Properties LLC partners with licensed, insured contractors to keep our St. Pauls, NC rentals in great shape. Every job we authorize is documented in writing on a Work Order so the scope, schedule, and payment terms are clear before any work begins.
To be paid promptly — and to keep things easy on tax filing — we ask every contractor to provide the items below before final payment is released.
